The City of Ioannina’s Development Company for Assets (DIANETAI) was established in 2010 through the transformation of the pre-existing “Municipal Company for Tourism Development of Ioannina.” It is a single-shareholder, municipal public limited company.

Main objectives
- The utilization of the municipality’s immovable property assets.
- The exploitation of common public spaces.
- The utilization of municipal real estate property, specifically the maintenance, exploitation, and development of properties owned by the enterprise or granted to the enterprise by the municipality.
- The construction, operation, organization, and management of off-street parking facilities.
- The provision of technical and financial consulting services on matters related to real estate utilization.
- The organization, implementation, and exploitation of cultural, sports, tourism, recreational, hotel, residential, and other investments, either directly or in cooperation with other entities.
- The securing of the necessary funding for land acquisition and the implementation of investments.
